From over 300,000 flavor ideas poured in from across Japan, the masterful ‘Snow Mont Blanc,’ brilliantly conceived by one of the dedicated 31 lovers. This crowned creation artfully captures the essence of the magnificent Alps’ Mont Blanc, expertly crafted with Mont Blanc-flavored vanilla and chocolate ice creams – a true peak of flavor innovation!

From the very first bite, I was amazed by the elegant aroma of the Mont Blanc-flavored ice cream! The moment it touches your tongue, the bright, distinctive fragrance of chestnuts gracefully unfolds and dances through your senses. This vibrant European chestnut aroma transports you on a virtual climb up the proud European Alps, while perfectly capturing the essence of classic Mont Blanc cake.
The rich cocoa notes from the moist chocolate crackle clusters add an extra layer of luxury, creating an absolutely gorgeous flavor profile. The texture journey is equally impressive – starting with a dense, rich mouthfeel that gradually transforms into silky smoothness like ribbons.
According to the development team, their biggest challenge was striking the perfect balance between the Mont Blanc and chocolate flavors. They faced quite a task ensuring the chocolate wouldn’t overshadow the delicate chestnut notes.
