It consists of four layers:

The top is almost entirely covered with strawberry sauce. Including the fruit pieces, it has a shiny appearance, almost like jelly.

First, I scooped up the top three layers.
Soft texture... Just like the cream part of a cake!
When you taste it, the strawberry sauce is light and similar to strawberry jam. The fruit pieces are jelly-like, but the texture may vary depending on the part of the piece (near the outer edge or the center etc.) . The flavor is strongly sweet and sour.
The milk ice cream underneath has a fluffy texture like whipped cream. This is exactly what gives it the shortcake-like feel. The gentle egg flavor from the custard-flavored ice cream spreads… ☺️ It also has a sweetness reminiscent of caramel pudding.
